Under the Protection tab in the sidebar, you'll find CleanMyMac's tools focused. The link that was put in the thread earlier is down below. CleanMyMax X is also a capable anti-malware tool, letting you find and eliminate potential threats to your Mac. Unfortunately, until Adobe releases a new update that is compatable with the new Monterey OS, Going back to Big Sur is probably Going to be your best bet.

I am fortunate enough to have a home PC that is decent enough to run After Effects without having to go through major loading times for renders, and so I was able to finish my work on there, Thank you to everyone who has contributed to helping find a solution, I hope for those of you who still have this issue, that this has been somewhat helpful. I have tried to get in contact with adobe to find out which plugin to delete to get it to work on Monterey But have not been able to get through and so have been unable to find a solution through this way. Open the app download the free version here. As far as I'm aware the main solution for this issue, is to try and revert back to Big Sur. SOLUTION: go to Applications then right click CleanMyMac X then 'show package contents, once you're inside the folder click Contents, MacOS, and click on the CleanMyMac X executable file (there is a cleanmymac x updater, do not click on that one but the other one instead) and it should open up the application. If the app is compatible but still not launching, you should reset the app, it is possible to do this manually, but the process is not so simple that's why I prefer to use CleanMyMac X they have a dedicated module that can do it all. A case when CleanMyMac X Menu had a vertical scroll bar on macOS Monterey. Currently the main Issue from what I have read from other peoples experiences with the same issue is that it is a compatability issue between the current After Effects version and Monterey OS. A number of minor issues and known crashes to ensure CleanMyMacs stable. Have looked into the issue on other threads and other forum sites.
